بعد رحلة بحث و تجربة دامت ستة أشهر، قمنا خلالها بالبحث عن المواد المحلية، و المهارات الحرفية المحلية المتاحة لنا، تمخض أول معرض لنا باسم تجربة رقم واحد. احتوى المعرض على ٤٢ قطعة أثاث و إضاءة من تصميمنا و التي قمنا باستخدام مواد محلية و أخرى انقذناها من سلة المهملات و أعدنا استخدامها. قمنا بصنع بعض القطع بأنفسنا بينما اعتمدنا على مهارات حرفيين محليين لصنع قطع أخرى. كما قمنا بالمعرض بمشاركة ما تعلمناه خلال عملية الإنتاج، من المهارات لمحلية والمواد المحلية المتوفرة، كما التوجهات العامة حول موضوع القمامة و المهملات.

Our search over a period of six months and experimentation with locally available raw materials and of local craftsmanship that is available led to our first exhibition that we titled “Experiment No.1″. The exhibition showcased 42 originally designed furniture and lighting pieces that use locally produced materials and materials available and otherwise considered waste. We made some of the pieces ourselves while others were made with the help of local artisans. The exhibition also shared the process of creation that taught us much about local craftsmanship available, local artists, locally produced textile and cultural attitudes towards waste.
